The Absolute Companies are also involved with buying and renovating real estate as well as preserving historic buildings. Barbara has had years of real estate experience. A native of Beaver Dam, Barbara graduated from the University of Wisconsin and holds a Broker's license as well as GRI (Graduate Realtor's Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations.
	David Sheperd E-mail - Real Estate Consultant David Sheperd has been a licensed real estate broker since 1990. He has been employed as a Community Relations Officer for the Wisconsin Housing and Economic Development Authority (WHEDA) since 2003. He has been in the real estate business for over 20 years specializing in affordable housing development. He is an expert in government programs and challenging housing projects. David works primarily in the Dane County market.
